We cultivate the art of making Viennese Schnitzel since Radetzky's time.
Tradition oblige and we therefore kept our recipe unchanged until today:
Pork and turkey meat for our legendary huge Schnitzel and all the other ingredients for its unsurpassed crunchy crumb are delivered exclusively by carefully selected Austrian producers. We just add the secrets of grandmother's kitchen and a hint of Viennese charm, and here we go, our Schnitzel specialities (Viennese Schnitzel, Paris Schnitzel, Serbian Schnitzel and Cordon Bleu) are ready to be served.
